Juan Espín is the man behind Osobu, born in 1976 in Murcia (Spain). In the early 80's was attracted by Techno-Pop and some years after by EBM, these trends are nowadays his main influences as DJ and electronic music producer, however he's been always engaged in the research of new ways to develop and combine different styles like House, Electro, Techno, Minimal, Pop and Acid. Although it was in 1998 when he started djing, in only one year he found the Kinky*Afro Collective, which with he organized music and cultural events with great success. He also achieved high popularity as he was resident DJ in "Maricoco", "Rec" and "Ocio" (Murcia) where he mainly settled down the Electro Pop scene in the whole Region of Murcia.

Osöbu started in 2003 to produce his own tracks and since then keeps trying to reach his own vision of modern electronic music.
He have played in clubs like Nitsa (Barcelona), On (Murcia) or Metrodanceclub (Alicante).
Aswell since 2004 he's resident DJ of the Overflow Events where he play with well know artists like Michael Mayer, Ellen Allien, Mathew Jonson or Luciano.

At this moment works together with Yin Elek on their new project label Mota.
