Mauricio Plaza Matamoros is a chilean musician, producer and dj. He began to develop his work in the '90s working in noise and shoegazing bands, experimenting with noisy guitars sound. From this base, Matamoros discovered electronic music as a way of experimental noise, creating an own vision of reality and environments with different sounds, which fit into styles as diverse as Minimal, Glitch, House, Dub and Ambient.

This charismatic Chilean producer that started in electronics back in 2002 with a distinctive and evocative album "Artificial". Was gradually embedded in the netlabel scene and it was not until 2008 when he released his first EP at the prestigious Chilean netlabel Epa Sonidos. Since then we can enjoy his work on labels like Impar, Pueblo Nuevo and Epa Sonidos, that bode well for an excellent career in the Creative Commons world.
